Version 8.0 - Changes to bulk sending , templates and ticket merging

Check out the updates for APP 8.0:

  • Templates:

    • Now it is possible to use buttons with dynamic links.

    • Templates made available in alphabetical order.
  • Bulk sending:
    • Changed the "id_template" column and replaced it with the TAG option. When filled, tickets will be created with the "TAG" specified in the CSV.
  • Ticket merging:

    • Improved ticket merging function to hide tickets that have already been merged in the APP.

  • Example Button Template and Templates in alphabetical order.

 

Bulk sending:

  • Example of bulk sending spreadsheet with TAGs.

 

NOTE: It is necessary to download the template to perform the new sending, as the CSV structure has been changed to accommodate the TAG model.
