New layout

Wrote submitting templates with Titles and variables and it is also possible to view templates that have Footer.

Buttons to create templates through Smooch or Facebook.

Bulk Shipping

The App for sending in bulk will have access on the left side of the panel, allowing the download of an example in CSV of the template that you want to send in bulk with the possibility of opening tickets within Zendesk with a maximum of 50 tickets per submission, if you do not want to open tickets can send as many messages as you want.

FYI: If you click to open tickets and have more than 50 tickets after going through 50, the others will receive the message normally, however, new tickets will not be opened.

Identification if the message was sent or if it presented errors and possibility to download the table.
