Template Creation on Facebook.

Prerequisite:

• You need to be logged in to Facebook Business.
• Have a configured WhatsApp account.

Access the link https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/message-templates/ to manage WhatsApp templates.

When you access the link, you will see all the templates for the Facebook account.

And on this screen, you can create or delete any template.

Click on Create template on the top right side.

A screen will appear to choose the category, name, and languages you want to create the template for.

After entering the information and continuing, you will have the following screen to define:

• Header
  • We can only define one variable.
• Body
  • We can define several variables.
• Footer
• Buttons.

To include a variable, simply click on the + Add variable button, with the Header only able to insert one variable.

On the right side, we have an example of how the message will look, and we can create templates in this way.

If you have more than one language, it will appear on the bottom left of the first selected language.

After finishing, click Send, and just wait for Facebook to approve.
