Tickets created by the Webwidget appear the time to speak with the customer.
Zendesk's Comments API updates everything once in a while, and it uses the same WhatsApp description for Messages sent via the Webwidget.
Small Delay to show the time the agent has to talk to the customer:
Zendesk does not update the direct comment API if it is a Chat or WhatsApp message, it has a delay of about 10 minutes as it takes all the messages and creates a record in the API.
For the counter to collect the information, you cannot change the customer's name in Zendesk, if you change the time, it will only update in the next message that the customer makes.
