Prerequisite:
- Zendesk Administrator User.
1 - Generate a token to use the APP by going to Admin Center = Apps and Integrations = Zendesk API.
2 - Enable token access, as shown in the image below.
3 - Create a token and copy it. Then, paste your Zendesk Admin Email and the generated token into the code below.
4 - Once the token is generated, it will be copied automatically. Then paste it into the "APP Token" field during installation.
5 - Set your default language in the "Language" field.We have the following options: pt (Portuguese), en (English) or es (Spanish)
Insert only the acronym EX: en
